- Minimum bachelor's degree in any related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Strong empathy and active listening skills to understand client needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new industry trends and products.
- Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in the retail industry, preferably in selling electronic products such as earphones and headphones.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
