Requirements:

- Education min. D3
- Have experience managing team
- Excellent sales skill
- Have a good negotiation skills
- Min 1 year field area
- Expert in the area focus
- Local domicile in Kabupaten Gowa,
- Daily Visit Merchant/agent Kios total 25 Agent per day
- Maintain Existing and new agents to be active and productive
- Education to all segment agents on area focus online or offline
- Update Competitor activity and price market
- Create a local program or initiative program
- Daily report to the leader about the daily activity area
- Lead the team under Area Focus to perform by KPI and target
- Maintainance Reguler or agent Kios on area focus
