**Job Role**:
This role will be responsible for supporting the industry insights and account management in the representative office, ensuring smooth policy execution, including supporting and monitoring the Business Development team to coordinate customer engagement activities and feedback integration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Administration:

- Manages customer relationships effectively, achieving key objectives and resolving issues
- Implements policies that can help customer satisfaction, resolves issues promptly, and summarize customer satisfaction issues for further improvement
- Work closely with the Finance department to monitor monthly and yearly revenue, including conducting the GAP analyze between forecast, target and actual revenue summary report
- Business Administration:

- Daily discussion with multi department about business target, business progress, and accelerating it with the head of department
- Risk Control:

- Responsible for department internal risk controller
- Responsible for department compliance risk controller
- Document Control:

- Responsible for documents that required signature from the Director, with high confidentiality
- General Administration:

- Support the head of the department to organize meetings, take meeting minute (example: Monthly Meeting and Bi-Weekly Meeting), and keep updates of key target projects progress
- Responsible to work closely with custom clearance and regulatory
- Fluent in English
- Skilled in Ms Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Able to fast learning business model
- Able to make a quick decision to assess business development member's work
- Possess communication skills and get used to the sales system and have the ability to discuss with sales personnel directly
- Have an experience with Kominfo website and government relationships is a plus

Pay: From Rp1,500,000,000 per month


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
