We are looking for Sales Manager (Surabaya)
As a Sales Manager we rely on you to
Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
Handle sales activities with local and international partners
Generate new business opportunities through various channels
Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
Takes responsibility to achieve goals consistanly as minimum performance
Expand and growth the company market portfolio
Maintain sales and service standards of the team

Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
Is a strong team player & self driven for results
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
Has a can-do attitude, thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
Understands the global markets and local environment
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
