**Responsibilities**:
- Prepares accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports and forecasts
- Monitors and manages the sales performance of the business unit and its individual managers
- Manages projects pipeline and guides the sales team into their sales efforts
- Monitors and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Structure the local portfolio according to distribution agreements and develop and align suppliers' & product strategies both for local and export market
- Develop go to market strategies for new supplier partnerships
- Perform regular research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities in order to increase sales and expand the business
- Liaise with internal & external technical teams to support business development and sales strategies
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned key customer accounts (local, regional, global) to act as business partner, create new business opportunities and negotiate and close agreements
- Pro-active development of product and market knowledge and share this information with the management team in order to realise a consistent market / customer approach.
**Key Requirements**:
- More than 10 years experience in agribusiness
- Selling to B2B Industry
- Proven experience in managing a high-performance sales team and team management skills
- Strategic thinker and commercially driven
- Highly collaborative and consultative, Consumer-focused and strong influencing skills
- Possess strong business acumen and commercial finance competencies
