Sales Manager - Gym Equipment

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, will be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the gym equipment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the gym equipment market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Willing to WFO in South Jakarta

Pay: Up to Rp13,000,000 per month
