Sales Manager - Hospitality (Mandarin Speaking)

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the hospitality industry
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure success
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the Mandarin-speaking market
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's services
- Train and onboard new sales team members on company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to remain competitive in the market.
