Work location: Jakarta, IndonesiaWorking tim : Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM)Report to : General Manager in Singapore**MAIN DUTIES**:- Manage sales and business development for dealer market & direct food manufacturerMaintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.- Identify potential customers and develop plans to develop business opportunities- Generate demand from customers by understanding their technology commercial flavor requirements and further to be passed on to technical department in office for solutions.- Do research of regional market insights- Understand Customer Demands & Requirements to consult products to Customers- Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports- Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior- Keep a track of the client's business initiatives and future plans & analyze its impact on business**REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 5 years experience in Sales B2B, at least in either Food Flavors or Fragrances- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology / Chemical / Business Administration/ Business Management / Sales & Marketing- Bilingual in English and Mandarin- Successful sales track records**ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT**:- Competitive salary package & all benefits for employees required by government labor law- Yearly bonus- Annual leave: 12 days- Medical Insuarance- Allowance: gasoline, telephone, business trip => Actuall billing- Training program to develop career path: Commencement work of training shall be provide**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp35,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Sales Marketing: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (required)Application Deadline: 02/14/2024
