**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**Sales Manager** primarily is to Plan, Lead, Organize and Manage the Sales Team to meet the Company's objective. He/She is responsible to achieve target with sales revenue growth. Develop and implement new opportunities, strategize sales marketing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Develop and implement effective sales plan, to achieve company's and Sales goal. Alignment of sales objectives.
- **Sales Execution**: Lead our sales team for market opportunities, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- **Relationship Management**:Establish, maintain and sustain strong relationship with the customers. Work closely with the sales team to identify, address customer needs and concerns.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments as a support team, this will help the sales team to achieve their sales target smoothly because of effective collaboration with internal partners.
- **Target Achievement**:Achieving growth and hitting sales target
**Job Specification**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering or its equivalent (Equivalent to S1)
- At least 5-10 Years experience as Sales Manager and People Management.
- Goal oriented, has strategic mind set, plans accordingly for all activities.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
- Successful previous experience as Sales Manager by consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
**Salary**: Rp16,817,337 - Rp42,043,343 per month
