Sales Manager

1. Achieves monthly and quarterly targets set by management and generate ideas for more sales
2. Analysis of customer research, current market condition & competitor information.
3. Coach and direct the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
4. Responsible for monitoring and evaluating project activities and results and directing the marketing team's efforts
5. Have a good sense of leadership and people management that based on strategic point of view including communicate the goals and strategic to the subordinates, able to set the rules and discipline in the sales and marketing team, evaluate the subordinates performance, set the right training for the subordinates, able to solve the problem that related to human and achieving target including impacted the team with a good motivation
6. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
7. Grow staff capabilities, improving teams performance
8. Maintain a good relationship with the clients and support their needs and complaints (if any).

Pay: Rp3,000,000,000 - Rp4,000,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
