**Responsibilities**:
Identify market trends and develop marketing strategies to achieve the company's goals.

Implement sales strategies and evaluate the efficacy of the strategies

Develop and execute sales plan

**Promote company's products**: loyalty programs, customer contact center, data analytics, etc

Responsible for Trade Spent budgeting to evaluation that is strive for growth & profit, through trade program planning, implementing trade promotions, tracking, field controlling.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major

Minimum 4 years experience in Sales Marketing, in customer relationship / media industry is preferable retail company (acsesories)

Strong analytical, sales oriented, creative thinking and excellent communication skill
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to evaluation.
A passionate, self-starter, keen learner with an entrepreneurial mindset

Strong in analytical, business minded and possesses good problem-solving skills
