**Job Description**:
- Managing accounts within the Sales department in charge of local and international accounts for both individual bookings assigned by Director of Commercial
- Responsible in managing assigned accounts in respective markets and materializing budgeted revenues through existing clients and key prospects.
- Assists & cooperates with Department and Division heads in reaching the targeted goals as defined in the sales and marketing plan.
- Driving all sales-related activities, and to effectively sell all aspects of the hotel.
- Develop new and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
- To design and implement an effective sales plan and promotional activities for the FIT & Leisure market.
- Review the monthly turndown list and recap on sales experience.
- To be proactive within organizations and meetings outside the hotel with the purpose of increasing business levels.
- To maintain and use Client history files.
- Implement a system to answer quotations / proposals forwarded to the clients are followed up to maximize conversion rate.
- Implementing service standards and procedures, ensuring achievement of set budgets.
- Proactively manage a pre-determined number of key accounts/key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum production to meet set target.
- Maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect and ensure all follow up is done in timely manner.
- Proactively prospecting new accounts
- Take personal responsibility to ensure that all accounts are properly updated in the system and that the system is utilized to its full capacity.
- Maintain up-to-date activity and rate information for each account.
- Understand and be in a position to action any group and event enquiry and ensure accurate hand over for follow up to Inspired Meeting team.
- Communicating client requirements in a timely and accurate manner to all internal departments as required, ensuring delivery of superior guest service.
- Ensure accurate follow up and communication both internally to reservations and accounting departments, and confirmation to client.
- Communicate any obstacles to completing action plans
- To arrange and manage familiarization / educational trips in line with business needs.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of travel agent account
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge in dealing with computers and computer programs, including Opera
- Previous experience within Sales Department of Accor is preferable
