We are looking for a

**Sales Manager Indonesia**

to join our APAC Team at Suunto. The location of this position will be in Indonesia, working remote, ideally based in the Kuala Lumpur area.

**Your role**

As Sales Manager you will take the responsibility for driving sales and marketing actions locally in Indonesia, based on Suunto's global strategy. You will work closely with the local distributor in achieving the business targets. You will also collaborate with our APAC Team, our Headquarter. With your expertise you will contribute to defining actions needed in the Indonesian market.

**Main responsibilities among others will include**:

- Managing all sales and marketing activities in Indonesia.
- Expanding the retail network and ensuring premium product presentation at the point of sales.
- Managing product trainings for relevant target groups.
- Identifying and overseeing potential athletes and content creators to deliver the highest quality of educational content and branding.
- Executing of forecasting and sales planning for your area of responsibility.
- Executing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels/media, including digital, social, podcasts, print, and more.
- Managing the relationship with customers, key stakeholders, influencers, and key accounts. Travel as needed to local events, including races, store and club demos, expos, and industry events.

**To succeed, you should exhibit the following skills and qualifications**:

- Three years of experience in sales, business development and/or marketing
- Related industry experience in outdoor or performance sports preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent
- Familiar with local corporate laws, regulations, and business culture
- Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Proficiency in English and native in Indonesian
- Proficiency in all MS Office software
