We are looking for Sales Manager (Jakarta Sales Office)
**As Sales Manager we rely on you to**:
Achieved all revenue target driven by the Hotel
Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
Handle sales activities with local and international partners
Maintain good relationship with our business partner, clients and guests
Generate new business opportunities through various channels
Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
Takes responsibility for the team's sales performance
Lead and motivate the sales team
Maintain sales and service standards of the team

Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
Is a strong team player
Has a can-do attitude
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
Understands the global markets and local environment
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
