Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to identify and establish partnerships with local schools for participation in Extracurricular and Intracurricular activities, as well as seek collaboration opportunities with businesses in Citraland, West Surabaya, to enhance the school's community involvement. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring the overall success of the school by actively pursuing student enrollment, collaborating on trial class improvements, overseeing school year planning, and managing school maintenance.
**Requirements**:
- Male, maximum age of 40 years.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Must possess a personal vehicle.
- Profound comprehension of coding and current technology trends.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing demands
Key Responsibilities:
- School Partnership: Identify and establish partnerships with schools in Citraland, West Surabaya for participation in Extracurricular activities (CCAs) and Intracurricular activities (ICAs), fostering a well-rounded educational experience for students.
- Collaboration Opportunity: Seek opportunities for collaboration with local businesses and establishments in Citraland, West Surabaya, exploring free events and partnerships to enhance the school's community involvement.
- Sales & Business Development: Actively pursue enrollment and re-enrollment of students to drive business growth and ensure the school's success.
- School Year Planning: Responsible for scheduling terms, term breaks, camps, and other related activities.
- Trial Classes: Collaborate with the Student Advisor to schedule trial classes, evaluate trial performance to enhance quality, and improve trial conversion rates.
- School Maintenance: Supervise purchases, monitor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the school, manage stock levels of supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
