Sales Manager - Personal Care

**About the Company**:
Our client is one of the biggest conglomerate company with the history of being market leader for its products

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute strategic sales plan and program/activity for all channels based on budget allocation and target
- Lead sales from all offline & online channel (B2B, Wholesale, Ecommerce,etc)
- Conduct regular (daily, weekly) monitoring on the program and adjust in order to achieve target
- Look for new potential customers for B2B, Wholesale and other Modern Trade account
- Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationships
- Work closely with product and marketing team for any new launches and NPDs
- Lead international market expansions including establishing strategy both in offline and online

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree and above in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- At least 5 years experience related to sales
- Prior experience in Luxury consumer goods would be highly preferred
- Proven success track record in similar roles
- Proven ability to drive the sales process and strong business sense and industry expertise
- Possess strong communication skills, coaching and people management skills
