PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Japanese Pharmaceutical industry in finding great talent as Sales Manager with the requirement as follows:
Working location : Bandung, West Java

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales manager is responsible to maximize area sales using the allocated promotion budget.
- Implement & Evaluation for promotion which planed by HQ
- Managing the stock level each distributor and avoid any out of stock
- Managing SPG to create good touch point.
- Reporting to the superior about the plans and the current status by PDCA cycle

**Requirements**:

- Has working experience as Sales handling OTC products or consumer product for 10 years.
- Has strong knowledge of system of consumer distribution flow
- Independent and good interpersonal skill
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to do business travel 2-3 times a month
