**What You Will Do**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the têxtile segment of the fashion industry.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the fashion têxtile sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Lead and inspire a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to accurately forecast sales, monitor performance against targets, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead negotiations with clients, closing deals that align with company objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the fashion têxtile industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
