PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is assisting a Leading Japanese Construction Company, and they're hiring for Sales & Marketing position (South Jakarta based).

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience in the construction/architectural/civil engineering industry or related.
- Full professional proficiency in English is a must.
- Japanese/Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
- Experience working in a Japanese company/good understanding of Japanese business culture would be a plus.

Key responsibility areas:

- Maintain good professional relationship with existing or new customers.
- Make reports on customers' current situation and needs.
- Collaborate with related departments to fulfill customers' needs.
- Report construction projects from the engineering team to the customers.
