Sales & Marketing Intern

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of customer service
- Previous experience as a sales admin is a plus
- Willingness to work full-time at our office in Bandung
- Excellent communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude.
- Enjoys coming up with solutions to increase efficiency in their day to day work.

- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and offering basic assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist sales & marketing team in various tasks & initiatives
- Build rapport and develop relationships with potential clients
- Incorporate feedback into sales & marketing processes
- Assisting potential clients for inquiries in a timely manner
