**About the Challenge**

As a **Sales/Marketing Manager (Property)**, you will be responsible for driving property sales through strategic marketing initiatives and managing sales teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property marketing or real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Collaborative work approach with various departments and internal teams to achieve common goals.
- Deep understanding of the property industry, market trends, and competitor mapping.
- Ability to lead and coordinate sales teams to achieve set targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties to the right target market.
- Lead and manage sales teams in achieving sales targets and ensuring quality customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of sales plans regularly to ensure target achievement.
