- Have 1-3 years experience in Marketing, open to various industry backgrounds. It would be an advantage if you have experience in the Concrete, spun pile, precast or heavy equipment industry.
- New graduates are welcome!
- Have knowledge and experience in the B2G/B2B industry.
- Have experience in negotiating, delivering briefings, and coordinating with third parties.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Dedicated to maintaining product confidentiality.

**Job description**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement and sales of our products and services.
- Collaborate with Principals and Engineering, to understand product capabilities, features and benefits, and communicate them effectively to Users.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the company's sector to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish good communication between the Company and principals and/or the Company and users.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the military and defense industry, including government agencies, prime contractors and subcontractors, to promote our products and services and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, market trends and competitive analysis for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry meetings, and serve as an expert in marketing and communications

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
