Sales Operation Support (Industry Service)

**Tasks**
- You will support the Industry Service department, as dedicated assistance to the sales team. The Sales Operation Support shall assist with, but not limited to the sales related activities.
- ** Responsibilities**:

- You will be the direct support to Sales Manager for the following:

- Providing sales operation & administrative supports
- Assisting with research and reports
- External agents support
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Assist in collection management and follow ups
- Participate in company meetings, scheduling, travel bookings, and take minutes

**Qualifications**
- Minimum bachelor s degree or equivalent
- ** Preferably at least 3 years related experience, Fresh graduate welcome to apply**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.
- Strong administrative skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Friendly and be able to relate well to a wide range of users
- Work in details, and able to do multitasking without losing focus
- Highly organized, problem-solving skill, and ability to work as self-starter
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Willingness and flexibility to support as necessary - whenever and however needed to ensure the success of business
