**Job Descriptions**:
- **Data Integrity**: Champion the accuracy and integrity of sales data by implementing robust data quality standards and industry best practices.
- **Sales Data Analysis**: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to unearth actionable insights and identify trends. Empower the sales team with the information they need to make informed decisions.
- **Forecasting and Reporting**: Collaborate closely with the sales and finance teams to develop precise sales forecasts. Continuously monitor performance against targets and generate insightful reports for management.
- **Sales Analytics**: Develop and maintain a suite of key performance indicators (KPIs) and interactive dashboards. Provide sales leaders and representatives with data-driven insights to optimize decision-making.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the sales cycle. Implement changes that increase efficiency, boost productivity, and reduce bottlenecks.
- **Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with the sales enablement team to create training materials and provide ongoing support to sales representatives. Equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively leverage sales resources.
- **Contract Management**: Engage with clients to confirm contract approval, including negotiating agreements if changes or additions to contract terms are requested. Ensure all parties are aligned before proceeding.
- **Contract Finalization**: Oversee the finalization of hardcopy contract documents. Verify that contracts are signed by the client and returned before the implementation phase begins.
- **Finance Coordination**: Work in conjunction with the Finance team to streamline the invoice payment process. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices to maintain a smooth financial workflow.
