Sales & Partnership Lead

Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and partnership revenue to achieve the monthly target.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Generate targeted qualified leads per month.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Maintain client retention rate by fostering strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing client concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development, or partnership roles, preferably within local brands, FMCG, family/mom-kids industry, or family products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.

Pay: Rp750,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Strategic Partnership: 2 years (preferred)
