**Job Description**:

- Objective Key Result (OKR) : Set up, calculate and monitor Parameter Objective Key Results (OKR) for Team Sales Offline Channel.
- Incentive Scheme : Set up, calculate, and monitor incentive schemes. Can provide recommendations for adjusting incentive scheme parameters based on business developments.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitoring and improving sales Performance of Promoters and Sales Leaders
- Consequence Management : Define high performance and low performance of Promoters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Diploma Degree
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a financial company with a minimum of 1 year as Sales Performance Monitoring or Branch Monitoring.
- Required Skill(s) : Analytics Skill, Expert in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Have high initiative in improving the quality of work.
- Have good presentation skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
