**What is this role about?**
Create and develop the sales stock and inventory strategies, forecasting processes and plans necessary by providing category insights, identify gaps and growth opportunities based on evolving data and actionable market & consumer insights to meet the organization's revenue growth deliverables.
**What will you do?**
- **Sales Planning Management**:
- Create and developing sales planning process in providing input for territory objectives, prioritizing customer visit, appointment planning as well as providing input for activity planning locally to suit customer needs and opportunities.
- Create and developing sales incentive and formulating sales target for field operations and distributors, as well as formulating annual sales and shipment forecast to be in line with AP/LE targets.
- Review and monitor the effectiveness of new brand launch, line extension as well as trade program performance.
- **Stock and Inventory Management**:
- Supervise and analyze the stock inventory planning database for field operations and distributors to ensure efficient optimal coverage of outlets and optimal resource utilisations across the regions.
- **Sales Forecast**:
- Develop and update sales forecast, ensure its reflected latest siatuation and align with company's objective.
- Collaborate with GSC, Key Account, Brand, Field Marketing, FP&A, and field operations team to articulate and inform on key brand programs, items, launches and future marketing strategies.
- **People management**:
- Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or any other related Field.
- Minimum 5-7 years in planning, purchasing, logistics, preferably with multinational FMCG.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
