**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Complete sales target according to the sales plan formulated by company
- Collect customer needs and market information; put forward product improvement and market-related recommendations
- Follow up the whole project in charge
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent spoken English and Indonesian, excellent reading and writing skills
- Strong planning, execution and sales ability
- 2+ years of overseas sales experience, equipment related sales experience preferred

**Salary**: Rp326,700,000 - Rp653,530,000 per year

- mechanical sales: 3 years (required)
