As a Sales Specialist, you'll coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure that we are in line with customer expectations, contract terms and conditions.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.
- Develops operational plan for own department.
- Operational contributions to plan of the larger unit.
- Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements.
- Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development.
- Assists in customer negotiations.
- Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.
- This is a hybrid role only to be used when both sales origination and commercial proposal activities are ongoing duties of roughly equal importance.
- Handles standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
- Contributes to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
- Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks.
- Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Solid experience in Drilling Completions Fluids operations
- Have experience in Account Sales in DCF
- Have ability to work freely and be able to identify and drive process improvements
- Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
