Join us as a Sales Specialist for the Process Automation Business area where you will be responsible for sales of products and services for SG, MY, ID, PH PAPI market in accordance with strategy. Building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. This position reports to the Sales Manager and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Selling products and service to customers, focusing on volume and profitability targets for Process industries
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions and proposals by using effective sales techniques
- Identifies and drives spare parts sales in new market opportunities in the designated market
- managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection when needed
- Preparing offers in coordination with the Sales Manager. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred
- Fresh graduates or 1 - 2 years of experience in Service Sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focused. Knowledge of ABB equipment is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia & English
