Sales Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
Generating leads and acquiring new customers by committing to customer service and building relationships

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research customer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs

Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections

Generate proposals and quotations for customers

Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

Utilize CRM tools to ensure a standardized process throughout all stages of a sale
Minimum D3 from any majors

Two or more years of sales experience in the ICT (Information Communication Technology) Industry

Experience in closing enterprise-level deals

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

Ability to juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
