Sales Strategy & Performance Manager

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to propel the company's revenue growth
- Craft and execute performance-driven initiatives to optimize sales team productivity and outcomes
- Dive into sales data analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgeting activities
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify potential risks or issues and propose solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in sales strategies and activities
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience in sales or sales strategy development at least 4 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Spreadsheet
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its sales processes is a plus
