Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Representatives To Achieve Sales Targets.
- Develop And Implement Effective Sales Strategies.
- Provide Training And Coaching To The Sales Team On Product Knowledge, Sales Techniques, And Customer Service.
- Monitor And Evaluate The Performance Of The Sales Team On A Regular Basis.
- Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Dealers.
- Analyze Sales Data To Identify Opportunities And Areas For Improvement.
- Prepare Sales Reports And Presentations For Management.

Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree In Business,Marketing, Or Engineering.
- Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Automotive (Motorcycle) Industry As A Senior Sales Representative Or Sales Supervisor.
- Good Knowledge Of Motorcycle Products And The Automotive Market.
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
