Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Provide training and coaching to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team on a regular basis.

Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, or Engineering.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive (motorcycle) industry as a senior sales representative or sales supervisor.

Good knowledge of motorcycle products and the automotive market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong leadership skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
