**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely follow-up and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
- Update with new industry trends and products
- Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is essential
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in the retail industry, preferably in selling electronic products such as earphones and headphones
- Strong leadership abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
