Sales Supervisor

Salary : Basic Salary : Rp 9-11 million/month

**Requirements**:

- S1 - major Information Technology or related.
- 5+ years experience (background in IT Software/ Hardware or enterprise selling - Adobe).
- Good leadership, presentation, and communication skills.**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Manage, monitor, develop and coach a group of sales to achieve sales target.
- Build strong relationship with clients, distributors & principals.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
