**General Overview**
The Sales Supervisor supports and supervises Sales Coordinator in ensuring that Jiva operations are efficient and possess the right degree of integrity. Sales Supervisor will oversee all activities happening on the operation and provide management with the right inputs to make best decisions for the operation.
This role will report Regional Commercial Manager.
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Find and Acquire agriinput new R1/R2 partners in accordance with the criteria and conditions set by the company
- Develop, managing and growing the partners
- Supporting the sales coordinator to secure the existing & potential R2 partners, including on the - negotiation.
- Identify and initiate promotion program to increase Jiva market shares
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma (D3)
- 2-3 year of working experience in related role (Team Leader, Business Development Supervisor, Sales Supervisor). Having experience in agriinput (saprodi) is preferred.
- Good attitude and have high motivation driven
- Have good communication and negotiation skills, honest, disciplined and good initiative
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, and Google Spreedsheet.
- Target and Result oriented
- Demonstrate leadership skill and team management skills
- Willing to work with high mobility, have a motor vehicle, and Active Type C driver's license.
- Speak English will be advantage
- Willing to be placed in all Central Java area
