We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the gaming industry.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration within the gaming community.

**2. **Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

**3. **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives and support the enhancement of our top-up services.

**4. **Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth in the gaming industry.

**5. **Stay informed about gaming industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and challenges in the game top-up services market.

**6. **Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement in delivering exceptional top-up services to gamers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven 2-3 experience in sales leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the gaming industry or related tech sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices within the gaming industry.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets in the game top-up services market.

**Desired Qualification**:

- Gaming and Anime Enthusiast (a plus)

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
