- Now we are looking for a bright, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and agile Sales Supervisor to drive our business Indonesia.
You will...
- Act as guarantor for the image and policy of the brand
- Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key customers
- Improve the sales productivity through LSA
- Develop, monitor and manage customer account portfolio, in accordance with division strategy and brand affairs
- Establish a partnership and a solid relationship with the accounts
- Owns & drives all key sales initiatives originated by Region and Head Offices
- Ensures that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company's sales system & processes ; and follow ethical business practices
You have
- Having 2-3 years working experience as Sales Supervisor
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in any major from top tier university
- Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- Interested on beauty industry especially hair category.
- Has ability to seek new trends and opportunities based on data then turn it into sales
