Sales Supervisor Modern Trade (Area Solo)

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for achieving sales target in branches
- Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual's and team performance
- Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions
- Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability
- Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events
- Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
- Leading and managing marketing events and programs
- Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically; meets deadlines and abides by the route plans
- Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major
- Having experience in modern trade supervisor at least for 2 years (preferable from FMCG Company)
- Computer literacy
- Familiar with modern market business and sales activity
- Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable
- Willing place in Surabaya, Solo, Lampung

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulan
