Sales Supervisor Semarang

Manage the sales team to drive sales growth in the assigned area
- Build and maintain a the good relationship with distributors and clients to promote long-term business growth
- Develop and maintain sales strategies to increase sales of company's products
- Monitor and ensure ail sales data is continually updated and correct
- Ensure the visibility and display of products in all outlets under the supervisory area
- Bachelor's Degree all major
- Age requirement max. 35 years old
- Have min. 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor from FMCC or Cosmetic Industry (demonstrated and proven sales results)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize good planning, high sense of responsibility, and result-oriented
