Sales Supervisor - Sme Developer Product

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure monthly sales targets are met by** **managing leads
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met by conducting other sales activities
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met by coordinating agency relationships
- Manage Team & Developer Relationship
- Market Knowledge
- Pitching other Developer as consultant to sell our Marketplace / PASTI product

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of sales manager experience for property, insurance, banking or similar consumer financial/asset product
- Strong management skills, able to coach/mentor/push sales team regularly
- Detail oriented, ensuring that no potential clients are missed
- Target Oriented.
Able to _exceed_ targets given regardless of obstacles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (i.e.
Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity.
