Sales Supervisor - Sme Developer Product

**About us**

We are looking for an experienced **Sales Supervisor** to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure monthly sales targets are met by managing leads
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met by conducting other sales activities
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met by coordinating agency relationships
- Manage Team & Developer Relationship
- Market Knowledge
- Pitching other Developer as consultant to sell our Marketplace / PASTI product

**What you should have**:

- 3+ years of sales manager experience for property, insurance, banking or similar consumer financial/asset product
- Strong management skills, able to coach/mentor/push sales team regularly
- Detail oriented, ensuring that no potential clients are missed
- Target Oriented. Able to _exceed_ targets given regardless of obstacles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (i.e. Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity.
