About The Role As our Enterprise Sales Support Associate, you'll be an instrumental cog in the Sales team wheel of Gojek that directly impacts the company's SOP to solve day-to-day problems faced by Enterprise merchants and the regional Enterprise Sales team. Your main objectives will be to oversee and improve business processes for sales support team, work with the regional Enterprise Sales Team to help advocate for our Enterprise merchants' needs internally, and ensure seamless implementation of Gojek solutions with and/or within the merchant's ecosystem with the respective merchant's IT team . The Enterprise Sales team will be your companions during this ride. You will have the opportunity to flex and hone in on your business strategy, multi-tasking, analytical, and time-management skills, catering to the day-to-day needs and issues of our beloved merchants.
\n What You Will DoBe the first point of escalated contact regarding onboarding processes of Merchants and Partners, acting as internal consultant for all processes relating to onboarding, with special focus in Enterprise merchantsEnsure that all relevant administrative documents pertaining to Merchants' lifecycle are kept up to date, in accordance with internal audit guidelines & assist in monthly operational audits to ensure all relevant settings, documents and business processes are in line with standard operating procedures and internal audit guidelinesEnsure that Gojek receives all necessary onboarding documents for Merchants and Partners and conduct periodical checks to update Gojek's databasesAssist in preparing figures, analysis and other ad-hoc reports for use in business process reviews with potential Partners, ensuring documentation thereto and create internal reports regarding alignment between Partners' processes and Gojek's internal system capabilities to serve themAssist in business discussions with the Account Management and Partnerships team ensuring key objectives are met and formulate strategies to mitigate risks associated with sameFurther the team's analysis by developing deeper business intelligence metrics and use same to formulate strategies in achieving shared desired resultsAssist in the creation of training material for newly onboarded Merchant / Partners staff members and or other demand-generating activities in collaboration with the Merchant Academy team What This Role NeedsEducated (Degree-level) from a variety of disciplines, focusing on Business Administration/ Accounting/ Information SystemsExcellent practical level of computer and data processing and presentation software literacy (Google Docs Suite, MS Office Suite, SQL, Tableau), or the ability to quickly learn and use the knowledge theretoExcellent interpersonal skills with proven analytical and effective verbal and written communication abilitiesPossesses a high level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to quickly grasp concepts, business processes and translating them into a output-based working level documentExcellent written and spoken English and Indonesian skillsSelf-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in achieving desired results; ability to complete deadlines amid competing prioritiesPreferred to have had 1-3 years' Business Administration experience
\nAbout The Team The Sales Excellence team is an integral part of the Greater Sales Team, and based in HQ Office Jakarta, Indonesia. We work closely with both the Sales Strategy, product, function teams as well as the Sales team in the regions. Our primary focus is to ensure that the company's KRs are achieved by providing the support to the sales and sales support teams needed to excel in their job, which could vary from solving merchant's onboarding issues, improving business processes, to supporting GoFood campaigns.In our spare time, we exercise everyday (just kidding!) -- we discuss the shows we watch on Netflix (or whichever streaming service our favorite show is on right now), we enjoy conversations over coffees, we do book swaps because we love to read, we eat good food and we exercise (sometimes).
