As a Sales Team Leader, you should be able to develop sales tactical and leading team to achieve expected target.
**Job Descriptions**:

- Creating tactical based on sales objective.
- Take responsibility for setting and achieving target.
- Monitoring team work.
- Creating a team report.
- Build and maintain solid teamwork.
**Specific Requirements**:

- Minimum education level: Diploma.
Majoring in a related field is a plus.
- Experienced as B2B Sales Team Leader (minimum 1 year).
- Experienced in Event Organizer
- Experienced in sales projects
- High level of initiative.
- Strong leadership and problem solving.
- Able to lead team and carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction.
