Sales Trainer & Field Improvement

Make observations and reports regarding the implementation of sales procedures carried out by the SA
- Carry out the process of evaluation and coaching to SA as needed
- Collaborate with trainers and product specialists in identifying employee development needs and their implementation
- Provide evaluation and improvement of store management SOPs
- Carry out self-development activities to improve competence (training, knowledge sharing, etc.)
- Minimum S1 from any major
- Atleast 2 years experience as Field Force Trainer, Sales Trainer, Product Specialist Field or Retail Operation
- Presentable and articulate; excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal).
- Fluent in Bahasa & English
- Willing to work in shift (6 days a week) including weekend
