**About us**We are looking for an experienced** Sales** to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.**What you'll do**:- Actively seek new clients in B2B (Developer property) & B2C (Agent Property/Homeowner) segments.- Develop new business and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Collaborate effectively with Sales Ops, Sales Development, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations.- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.**What you should have**:- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital company.- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.- Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for sales and client management.- Possession of a valid driver's license and your own vehicle (preferably a motorcycle) for travel purposes
