The Sampling Compounder is responsible for safe operation production of samples with produce high quality through assembly of raw materials and semi finished goods. This function will be reporting to Sampling Manager who is based in Cileungsi Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform production of sample activities following instruction, also adhering to GMP to ensure products meet spesification
Perform to operate weighing system, homogenizer, filter and mixer properly. Also accurately in blending chemicals in a precise manner to create flavor
Perform in-process analysis to ensure minimal deviation with quality parameters
Maintain with well of batch sheets, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventories
Recognize problems and unusual events and communicate to Supervisor
Keep good housekeeping following basic standard of 6S. To promote safety awareness, quality, and puctuality
Work closely with Industrialization team to learn and develop process skills

You bring:
Diploma in Food Science and/or Technology and/or chemistry or equivalent
Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in the food industry, chemical operating experience is preferable
Preferably those who have technical experience in weighing chemical materials
Understanding and compliance with emergency and safety procedures and practices.
Have a good knowledge of G.M.P's (Good Manufacturing Practices), 5S, & H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
Good technically and process thinking
Good attitude, positive mindset, and have good communication skills
Skilled at working in a fast paced environment open to constant change in demands
Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and the ability to work within a team
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP systems and analytical skills (MS Excel)
