**Job Description**:
- Provide leadership in developing and maintaining the best possible value for money international quality educational programs and services, including but not limited to formulating school objectives, policies, plans, and programs.
- Develop & propose the Business Plan and Annual target of the SBU under his charge, with his executive management; to be validated by the CEO and used as his SBU and his annual performance metrics.
- Develop & propose a cohesive and robust road map (3Y, 5Y, 10Y) for his BU, with clearly staged metrics/check points and capacity plan; presenting a clear and sustainable pathway towards achieving mandated organization vision (in financial, academics and social aspects).
- Develop & propose a standard academic design (curriculum, HR, infrastructure, equipment), with his academic leadership team, in consultation with functional executives that allows SA to maintain it value for money (afford-value equation & competitive advantage) while satisfying social investment worthiness min. requirements (for financial sustainability & further replication/growth).
- Oversee and administers use of all school facilities, property, and funds with maximum of efficiency, minimum of waste, and ever-present, overriding concern for impact on each student's education.
- Actively manage his BU's day to day operations, monitoring and assuring the achievement of BU performance metrics and set goals, as approved by the CEO (e.g. academic compliance and quality, students success/timely completion) & on periodic basis provide performance review & gap recovery plans pursuant to the SBU achievement vs set budgets/objectives (monthly & quarterly).
- Articulate BU expectation and set goals into a detailed organization design proposal, complete with clear responsibility, job description and performance metrics (KPIs) for his senior management team; to be approved by the CEO.
- Secures and nominates for employment best qualified and most competent HOS, HOA, Principals, teachers, supervisory, and administrative personnel.
- Lead and become the main communication contact and direction executor/implementor of the CEO office in their respective BU jurisdiction.
- Assume an active responsibility in advocating and engaging change management in his BU.
- Become the legal & the face/representation of their said BU, where legally permitted.
- Rigorously plan, network, engage and actively cultivate the BU's feeder ecosystem, including but not limited to SA/SU, Little Thinkers, Step-Up and other B2B co-op.
- Advise (creates as necessary) CEO & SSS Board of Directors on need for new or revised policies and sees that all policies of Board are implemented.
