The National Principal shall provide instructional and administrative leadership and supervisory support for the educational development of students and staff specifically with a focus on National Curriculum requirements, as well as to promote appropriate parent and community awareness of the national curriculum. This position works closely with key stakeholders, including the Principal, Vice Principal, Heads of Department, Curriculum Heads, and teachers to support effective delivery of the curriculum in the assigned levels. Externally this position works closely with all Local and/or National Authorities for schools.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attend scheduled meetings with The Ministry of Education & Culture or local Diknas and Pengawas.
- Manage and oversee all processes and administration for registration and accreditation of the school with the Ministry of Research, Technology and Education Indonesia
- Ensure all data reporting to Local Diknas or Ministry RTE are prepared and submitted on time with no error, e.g. Dapodik, Sispena.
- Ensure school Licensing is up to date.
- Ensure the school is Accredited on time; organize and manage the process; and ensure perfect preparation
- Assist/coordinate in development and implementation of the master teaching schedule and student schedules.
- Manage and monitor preparation for the common assessment as part of formative assessment; and the final examinations as part of internal assessment/ summative assessment.
- Manage and organize preparation classes for Ujian Sekolah (School Based Exams) examinations for grade 6, 9 and 12; and ANBK for grades 5, 8,and 11.
- Prepare, print, record and distribute Ijazah for graduating classes.
- Manage and organize preparation classes for National examinations at respective grades.
- Prepare, record and analyses the Raport Pendidikan for Grade 5, 8 and 11.
- Prepare, print, record and distribute National Report Cards for students leaving the school.
- Assist and monitor any international programs assigned by Principal or Director.
- Remain abreast of current National curriculum trends, instructional strategies, practices, developments, instructional materials and related governmental procedures and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with parents, school, and community committees on all school related matters.
- Assist with new teacher on boarding.
- Plan, coordinate and follow up on training and workshops for National curriculum teachers.
- Ensure all National curriculum Lesson plans, Curriculum/scope and sequence or related documents are prepared, archived, and submitted to authorities as requested/required.
